The film is based on the Basket Ball, a sport which has been a neglected sport in India, but soon we would be witnessing this very interesting film 4 PM ON THE COURT on the same sport by a bunch of young enthusiasts. The film is directed by Talented Director Shine Krishna.
Director Jagmohan Mundhra who's Famous for issue based film and women centric film like Bawandar and Provoked with Aishwarya Rai Bachhan recently attended a pre- launch party of the film called 4PM ON THE COURT. The film deals with the game and also how the people lives are affected through the game. The film casts real basketball players who have been champions of the sport in India.
The movie includes Prashanti Singh, who plays in the shooting guard position for the Indian national women's basketball team. Prashanti Singh has also represented Indian women's basketball team in Commonwealth Games Melbourne2006. She is one of the best shooting guards in India, known for her game skills, academic strength and personality and beautiful face.
Prashant Narayan who plays the lead in the film is supported by new young talents who have also excelled in Basketball. Prashant Narayan, the talented Actor known for his roles in films like Chhal, Waisa Bhi Hota Hai Part II, Shadows of Time, Bombil and Beatrice and Via Darjeeling.
Jagmohan Mundhra was really impressed meeting the young sports achievers who are enacting in the film. He also congratulated the debutant director Shine Krishna to pick Basketball as the subject of the film. He wished him all the Luck
